As I sit here

You are on my mind

I don't know you knew this
But I used to think about you all the time
Those Days we spent together
Making memories
That would last forever.

Wondering why we didn't work out
I know it takes TWO people to make a relationship work
And I did everything I could do
So why was I the one that ended up hurt?

It took me a year to get over you
The times I needed to talk to you
You were over there calling some other girl boo
In my mind I wanted to forgive you
But in my heart I knew
If I forgave you
You would always think it was okay to call her boo

And I did everything I could do
To hold myself from breaking up with you
And I didn't wanna be the one that ended up hurt
So I had to let you go first.

Now, it's a year later
I'm bigger, I'm better
And yes I still love you
BUT I am no longer IN love with you

I WISH I HAD ONE MORE DAY TO LIVE WITH U.
ONE MORE NIGHT I COULD SPEND WITH U.
I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SAY GOODBYE TO U.
I JUST WANT TO LET U KNOW THAT I LOVE U.

I DIDN'T KNOW U FOR THAT LONG( 8 YRS)
THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN U WERE GONE.
I CRIED N CRIED FOR U TO COME BACK
BUT I DID NOT GET JACK.

I WONDER WHAT SHOULDA OR WHAT COULDA BEEN
STAYING OUT ON THE PORCH TO TEN
LAUGHING N FIGHTING WITH THE BIG SIS
KNOWING THAT I WOULD MISS

I WOULD MISS THE THINGS U DO
THOSE HURTFUL NIGHTS I LIVED WITHOUT U
YOUR GRANDMA TOUCH GAVE ME A SMILE
AND KISSES WENT ON FOR A MILE

I LOVE U GRANDMA!!!

I DIDN'T GET TO SAY GOODBYE THAT NIGHT U PASSED SO I WILL SAY IT NOW
